Perpetrators Anonymous

is a space for healing,

for those who’ve caused harm

and those who’ve been hurt.

We hold what systems drop,

centering care and repair,

especially for communities

pushed to the margins.

Use Data to Drive Policy

Every story, every call, every healing session

becomes ethical evidence

for better systems.

Build Pathways for Healing

and Accountability

Through support, storytelling,

training, and infrastructure,

we co-create new ways forward.

Create Restorative Ecosystems

We design systems t

hat meet both survivors

and remorseful perpetrators

where they are:human.

Acknowledge Harm

We begin by naming the silences;

shame, violence, and pain

in our own communities.

our response:

a healing system for all

what we do

PA was born from this void.

We create alernative routes to healing and justice,

— not to replace law, but to offer what law cannot:

dignity, restoration, and truth-telling.

At PA, we believe in letting things air out.

Stories, shame, grief...the hard things.

Not to dwell, but to breathe.

To soften what’s been hidden.

To begin again, together.

Healing can’t happen in the dark.

So we create spaces

where things can hang in the open,

and still be held with care

how we intervene

Harm doesn’t fix itself...

and silence isn’t safety.

At PA, we believe intervention

isn’t about punishment.

It’s about interrupting

cycles of violence with

care, truth, and

community accountability.

That’s why our interventions

meet people at different stages:

before harm is done,

while it’s unfolding,

and after it’s happened.

We do this through support groups,

emotional literacy, community dialogue,

and tools for reflection and recovery.

In many communities, harm happens quietly.

It’s rarely talked about, and even more rarely written down.

Survivors often suffer in silence, and those who cause harm are

pushed away...with no real path to take responsibility or make things right.

But when we ignore harm or just punish it, nothing really changes.

Without stories, we can’t see the full picture.

Without real tools for healing, the cycle just keeps going.

here's the problem

"For me, forgiveness and compassion are always linked:

how do we hold people accountable for wrongdoing

and yet at the same time remain in touch with their humanity?"

"Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed

in isolation.

Healing is an act of communion."

OUR APPROACH

IS FULLY

HUMAN-CENTERED

Then, we build small-scale

models of what’s possible.

We then test gently,

gather feedback,

document impact,

and refine tools.

Here we take feedback,

then make it better

again and again...

and again

We listen deeply, map harm,

gather stories and

co-create interventions

with those closest to the pain.

Finally, we share what we’ve learned,

and ground the next wave

in the wisdom of the last.
